Belsat management with badges from the leader of the Belarusian opposition


The Belarusian opposition leader, Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya, awarded “Badges of Honor of Democratic Forces” to Belsat’s Director, Agnieszka Romaszewska-Guzy, and her Deputy, Aleksy Dzikawicki, during her visit to Warsaw.

– This is a badge for cooperation and being with us all these years. I still hope everything will be fine with Belsat. You will develop because you play an essential role in Belarus, said Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya.

The leader of the Belarusian opposition pledged her full support for the channel and expressed interest in Poland’s current state of public media.

Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya is currently visiting Poland, which will last until Wednesday. Today she met with the Head of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, who was awarded with the “Cross of Good Neighborhood”. It is given to people who work for democratic changes in Belarus and contribute to building relations between Belarus and other countries.

During her stay, Tsikhanovskaya will also meet with the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, and tomorrow, they will co-host a Christmas party for the Belarusians. The Belarusian leader will also have meetings with the Speakers of the Parliament and Senate. The discussions will cover various topics, including the legal status of Belarusians in Poland and Warsaw’s collaboration with democratic forces during Poland’s presidency of the EU, which is scheduled for the first half of 2025.
