The mini-series “Processes” produced by Belsat has been selected to be screened at the INPUT world public media conference. This year’s conference will take place from May 5-9 in Charleston, South Carolina, USA.

“Processes” is Belsat’s first original series. It comprises four episodes, each highlighting a different aspect of Belarus’s oppressive system. The title refers to the ongoing political, social, and judicial processes in Belarus under the rule of Alyaksandr Lukashenka, which often appear brutal and grotesque. The show’s creators are Andrei Kashperski and Mikhail Zuy.

In May, representatives of public television from all over the world will be able to watch “Processes” at the annual INPUT conference. This year, the event is being organized by South Carolina ETV and South Carolina Public Radio, based in Charleston, USA. “Processes” was selected as one of the 78 most engaging programs from 23 countries by the international jury. Along with “Processes,” two other productions from Central and Eastern Europe were also qualified – the reality show “Camper Poland” produced by TVP (Polish Television) and the Estonian series “Kuidas meist said sõdurid” – “How We Became Soldiers,” which is about volunteers serving in the territorial defense of Estonia.
