КДБ, Мінабароны і іншыя могуць без тэндару купляць паслугі ТАА «Надзейныя праграмы».

Савет міністраў Беларусі 23 лютага ўхваліў пастанову аб рэалізацыі ўказу Аляксандра Лукашэнкі «Аб кібербяспецы», яе афіцыйна апублікавалі 27 лютага. Пастанова апісвае, хто і ў каго можа праводзіць закупкі паслугаў кібербяспекі паводле працэдуры без тэндараў.

У спісе арганізацыяў, якія могуць купляць паслугі кібербяспекі паводле так званай закупкі з адной крыніцы (без правядзення тэндару), 124 дзяржаўныя ўстановы: ад сілавікоў кшталту Камітэту дзяржаўнай бяспекі і Міністэрства абароны да Менскага энергетычнага каледжу і Беларускай арганізацыі па абыходжанні з радыеактыўнымі адходамі.
Арганізацыяў, у якіх можна купляць паслугі кібербяспекі, усяго тры: дзяржаўны «Нацыянальны цэнтр абмену трафікам», а таксама таварыствы з абмежаванай адказнасцю «Сэк’юрыці Лаб» і «Надзейныя праграмы».
Пра «Сэк’юрыці Лаб» (або «Security Lab LLC») вядома мала. Кампанію стварылі ў чэрвені 2019 года, у кастрычніку 2020-га прынялі ў Парк высокіх тэхналогіяў. Прынамсі ў пачатку працы кампаніі ейным дырэктарам быў хтосьці Павел Шастак. Мяркуючы па сацсетках, гэта 41-гадовы выпускнік Вайсковай акадэміі, Інстытуту турызму і Акадэміі кіравання, прыхільнік Уладзіміра Пуціна.
«Надзейныя праграмы» – кампанія, якую ў 1992 годзе заснаваў Юрый Зісер, сузаснавальнік знішчанага ўладамі Беларусі парталу Tut.by. Кампанія працуе пад брэндам Hoster.by і найбольш вядомая паслугамі хостынгу сайтаў, да 2022 года адміністравала доменныя зоны .by і .бел.
Прынамсі станам на канец студзеня 2024 года генеральным дырэктарам «Надзейных праграмаў» быў Сяргей Павалішаў, які ў 2021 годзе быў арыштаваны ў межах «справы Tut.by», правёў 3,5 месяца ў следчым ізалятары разам з менеджарамі і журналістамі парталу, але быў вызвалены.
За кратамі цяпер застаюцца дырэктарка Tut.by Людміла Чэкіна і галоўная рэдактарка Tut.by Марына Золатава. Частка каманды Tut.by летам 2021 года запусціла новае выданне Zerkalo.io. Адрас Tut.by у канцы 2023 года хтосьці перарэгістраваў на сябе, звесткі схаваныя.

  5. Actively scan device characteristics for identification
