On April 25-27, Alyaksandr Lukashenka will be taking part in the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing. In addition, there will be a number of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the event.
In particular, the Belarusian leader is expected to meet with Chinese president Xi Jinpin, during which the sides will ‘discuss the implementation of the most important joint projects, the development of interregional cooperation and the prospects for deepening the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation in trade, economic, investment, humanitarian and other spheres’.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka is about to hold talks with other foreign leaders, but the presidential press service has not given their names.
