Sunday protests in Belarus

Post-election protests in Belarus have been going on for 176 days. Belarusians traditionally come out on Sunday marches and pickets.

The day began with a chain of solidarity in Krasny Bor district in Minsk.

Picket in Krasny Bor.

Residents of the Kurasoushchyna came out to protest.

But some people were detained. The law enforcers arrested a young couple on Asanaliyeu Street. It is reported that there was no march at that time, but it seems that people were detained not far from it.

Zhlobin citizens actively demonstrated their attitude to a possible ban of the white-red-white flag.

A ‘walk’ was also organized in Zaslaul.
