According to his wife, Pavel is a suspect under two articles of the Criminal Code: Article 130 (“Incitement of hatred”) and 376 (“Illegal production, acquisition or sale of means for the clandestine acquisition of information”).

Pavel Vinahradau is a blogger and author of the program “This is Vinograd!” This year, Vinauhadau has spent 48 days behind bars. He was punished with administrative arrest three times in a row and was kept in a detention center for 72 hours as a suspect in a criminal case under Article 367 (“Defamation of the President” of the Criminal Code.
