Belarusian human rights activists invite all indifferent people to join the process of election monitoring. One should only download on the mobile phone a special program that allows to quickly distribute information about violations.

A new version of the mobile application Vochy (Eyes) was developed by election observation initiatives: electby.org, ‘Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections’, ‘Election Observation: Theory and Practice’ and ‘Right of Choice’.
“The application does not collect information about its users except for their location at the time of reporting a the violation and the technical characteristics of the phone. Even if a user voluntarily provides their contact information for feedback, it will not be disclosed or transmitted to third parties,” the developers say.
In 2015, information on violations sent by users of the mobile app was used on the online map electby.org.
The application works on the Android platform. To those who do not have Android devices, but witness election abuse, the creators of Vochy app offer to fill in a special form on the website electby.org.
