Natallia Kislyakova has been appointed Advisor-Envoy of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia.
In 2003-2013, Pavel Lyokki worked as the head of the press service of the Belarusian president. In 2013, he was appointed Adviser to the Belarusian Embassy in Russia.
