A criminal managed to get trough the cell door window in Izberash prison in Dagestan (Russia’s federal subject).
Then the arrestee escaped from the detention center.
“The situation was a result of the police officers’ negligent attitude to their duties,” the Investigation Committee said.
The runaway’s name is Rustam Shakhrutdinov, he was born in 1991. The man is suspected of thefts in the territory of Dagestan and abroad.
