Dobrush Paper Factory fires 70 'disloyal' workers before Lukashenka's visit

Alyaksandr Lukashenka may come to the Dobrush Paper Factory on October 29. A week before his visit, there began the dismissal of workers, detained for their participation in the rallies in summer and fall 2020, Radio Liberty reports citing its sources at the factory.

A list of 70 “disloyal” workers who will be fired has been compiled.

“In some cases, families get fired. First, they are offered to write a letter of resignation. If they disagree, they take the person to the detention center for three or more days after their shift, right at the checkpoint. And then they get fired,” Radio Liberty reports the story of an employee. ” One of our colleagues has already been shown on propaganda Telegram channels after his detention. The leaders have lost so much decency that they tell us that “this is repression and persecution.” People are afraid.”

At the same time, the factory is compiling a list of those who will come to meet Lukashenka. New work clothes are specially made for them.

“This is the list of those who will take part in the meeting. Check your people and urgently write the names, patronymics and surnames, height and size of the clothes, because tomorrow the sewing workshop will be started for us,” the management of the factory appealed to the workers in a group on Viber.
