Board Chair of the Brest Dynamo, the legendary Argentinian football player Diego Maradona unveiled the date of arrival in Belarus.
“Hi! This is Diego Maradona! See you in Belarus on July 16. I also want to meet with President Lukashenka and start working in Belarus!” the Argentinean addressed the Belarusians via Instagram.
Maradona signed a contract with the Brest club back in May, but has not visited Belarus, because he is in Russia for the World Cup, which ends on July 15.
For visiting each game, thanks to a special FIFA program, Maradona receives 11 thousand euros.
