According to the man, who is now being treated, not only the conditions, but the attitude to patients knocked him back on his heels:
“Here we are taken for a walk as if we were in prison – twice a day! There is a yard secured with barbed wire. Hospital attendants keep an eye on us. But those suffering from TB need fresh air! The windows are gridded, and they do not open completely,” he said.
