The Hlushkavichy crushed stone plant is located on the border with Ukraine and has been operating since 1975.

The enterprise is engaged in extraction and enrichment of a building stone, covers the needs for non-metallic materials.

The road to the pit lies through the Prypyats and one has to pass the pontoon bridge, then the road partially passes through the Ukrainian territory.

The old pits are flooded with water, you can see clumps, pine trees hang from above — it looks like the Carpathians.

The stones are mined in the pit and BelAZ trucks immediately take them to a crushing plant located nearby. In dry weather, there is a dense wall of dust.

The pit is about 50 meters deep, and the weight of the excavator is 200 tons.
