On July 12, Brest faced a rainstorm: more than half of the monthly norm of precipitation came down within a day.
According to the Emergency Ministry, they received about 200 reports from residents of Brest.
Nearly 150 people and over 20 vehicles were involved in the clean-up after the heavy downpour.
