“He has been found criminally sane,” said Ivan Naskevich. Head of the Investigative Committee explained that the teenager knew what he was doing.
The representative of the Investigative Committee said that the case may be sent to the court already this year.

Ulad Kazakevich, the young man who executed the 8 October attack in the “Europa” mall, was a law student at the MITSO International University (specialty – international law).
He killed a 43-year-old woman. Two people were injured.
