Беларускі расследавальніцкі цэнтр высветліў, што ўладальнік «Амкадора» Аляксандр Шакуцін наладзіў паралельны імпарт у Беларусь і Расею сельскагаспадарчай і будаўнічай тэхнікі замежных вытворцаў, якія заявілі аб сыходзе з нашай і суседняй краіны. Для гэтага набліжаны да Лукашэнкі бізнесовец выкарыстоўвае зарэгістраваную ў Нямеччыне кампанію.

Пастаўкамі тэхнікі займаецца звязаная з Аляксандрам Шакуціным фірма «СВ Машыны» праз зарэгістраваную ў Нямеччыне кампанію «SV Maschinen GmbH». У Беларусь завозяць прадукцыю вытворцаў «CNH Industrial» і «Amazone» – раней яны заявілі, што пакідаюць рынкі Беларусі і Расеі.
Расследавальнікі высветлілі, што з красавіка па канец чэрвеня сёлета «SV Maschinen GmbH» паставіла ў Расею 50 тавараў на €12,5 млн. А ў 2021 годзе гэтая сума была ў 20 разоў меншая і не перавысіла €630 тысячаў. Акрамя таго, змяніўся асартымент імпарту. Калі ў 2021-м кампанія завозіла з большага запчасткі, то ў 2023-м – ужо сельскагаспадарчую тэхніку і абсталяванне.
У беларускім офісе «СВ Машыны» расследавальніку БРЦ, які пазваніў пад выглядам кліента, паведамілі, што бліжэйшым часам чакаюць паставак навінкі: трактароў амерыканскага брэнда «McCormick», якія збіраюць у Іспаніі, Францыі і Нямеччыне.
Вытворцы супрацу з нямецкай кампаніяй «SV Maschinen GmbH» не хаваюць, аднак не адказваюць на запыты, чаму фактычна працягваюць гандаль з Беларуссю і Расеяй – хай сабе і не наўпрост, а праз пасярэдніка.
Гэта не першае расследаванне БРЦ, што датычыць набліжанага да Лукашэнкі бізнесоўца. Раней Беларускі расследавальніцкі цэнтр даведаўся, што прадпрыемства Шакуціна, які знаходзіцца пад санкцыямі ЕЗ, «Амкадор» атрымлівае заходнія дэталі для вытворчасці сваёй тэхнікі ды зарабляе на рээкспарце кветак.
