State institute computers campaign for Lukashenka

Strange message has appeared on computers of the Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification.

While working in the computer room of the Institute, users see an unusual message pop up on the screens. It reads:

“Those who have a passport need to go to the HR unit and sign in support of the incumbent president.”

The atypical system message was noted by a member of the project “Election Observation Theory and Practice’ (EOTP).
