Bailiffs seize home appliances from Belarusian political activist

Bailiffs take inventory of Ales Makayeu (entrepreneur leader) and Yulia Stsyapanava (activist of the “European Belarus” civil activist) living in a rented flat.

On September 29, bailiffs came to the apartment rented by Ales Makayeu and his wife Yulia Stsyapanava to take inventory, “Belarusian Documentation Centre” reports.

In a rented apartment, where they live with their young daughter, the majority of the things belong to the owner of the apartment.

The bailiffs came to the activists due to the numerous fines of Makayeu for taking part in political activities. According to him, fines already total around $ 10,000.

For many years Makayeu had rented a pavilion on the market, but at the beginning of 2016 the lease agreement was not prolonged. Now he has no money to pay fines.

According to Stsyapanava, bailiffs took the home appliances.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”294155″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]Фота: auto.onliner.by
