Daughter of Kadyrov’s critic beaten in Moscow


An unknown man attacked a daughter of Fyodor Yemelyanenko, the president of Russia’s Mixed Martial Arts Association, R-Sport says with reference to the Research Institute of Children’s Emergency Surgery and Traumatology.

Earlier the Russian newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets reported the incident, but did not name the source of information. According to the publication, the attack on Yemelyanenka’s younger daughter took place last week. The girl was hit in the chest and abdomen.

As reported earlier, the fighting tournament Grand Prix Akhmat 2016 was held in Grozny in the run-up of the 40th anniversary of the Chechen leader; child-fighting being part of the tournament. It was Kadyrov’s sons – 10-year-old Ahmad, 9-year-old Eli and 8-year-old Adam – who won all the three fights.

Fyodor Yemelyanenko harshly criticized the event and called it a violation of all the rules of mixed martial arts. According to him, athletes under the age of 21 must enter the ring wearing a helmet, linings, those under 12 – wearing a rash guard. Participating in the competition, the Chechen boys did not have necessary outfit.
