Residents of Russia 9% poorer

The Federal Statistical Office has reported that in September, the real incomes of Russian citizens fell by 4.3% compared to last year.

In August, the decline in revenues was 5.3% in July – 2%, in June – 3%.

According to gks.ru, in the period from January to September, revenues of the Russian citizens in real terms decreased by 3.3%.

In 2015, the average nominal wage in Russia increased by 4.5%. But in real terms, wages fell by 9% in the first 9 months.
