On Freedom Day the participants of the rally in Minsk were dancing and singing “He who is not jumping is a Moskal”. The video went viral and stroke the eye of Russian Internet users.
‘Moskal’ is a word often used in Ukraine for all Russians and often to Russophones.
Anti-Russian Facebook community “Roissya24” posted a video with the ironical comment: ‘Can’t believe our eyes! Is this really happening in our Russian Minsk?’

A number of persons, allegedly of Russian descent, started to post abusive comments calling Belarusians ‘fascists’ and ‘banderovites’.
‘I like it. It’s better than eating out of a shovel,’ a user made a stand for the slogan.
