UK Ambassador to Belarus Fionna Gibb attended the summer ethnopicnic organised by the Association of European Business.
The photo of her and Mulberry Club’s director Iryna Batsenka wearing vyshyvankas has won popularity among Belarusian Internet users.
Vyshyvanka is Belarusian traditional clothing which contains elements of ethnic embroidery. Local features are usually represented in the shirt’s ornamental pattern.
