On September 30, students of Belarusian universities came out in large numbers to a “sit-in demonstration” in solidarity with the detained students.
Students of Belarusian universities took part in an event of solidarity with those who suffer from the pressure of the Belarusian security forces. The campaign was held under the slogan “We sit while you are locked up”.
Students of the following universities came to the event:

- Minsk State Linguistic University
- Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics
- Academy of Arts
- Belarusian State University of Physical Culture
- Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts
- Belarusian State Economic University
- Technological University in Vitsebsk
International State Institute named after. A.D. Sakharov and others.
At least three students were detained in Hrodna, according to the Student Initiative Group.
