Today’s fashion for Vladimir Vladimirovich widely promoted by Russian media do not seem to decline. A T-shirt with Putin might have become cold news, but a ‘presidential’ phone case is the craze of the day.
A young saleswoman at the Communication Store near the bus station said that only one modification (pictured above) is left unsold:
“They are flying off the shelves! Earlier we had [cases with the image of] Putin and dogs, but by now only this kind remained… It’s fashionable now!”
When asked whether there are similar cases, but with images of other presidents, the girl chuckles: “No, there are not any … I don’t think people would buy those with the image of our president!”
Such ‘patriotic’ silicone case costs Br 80,000 (appr $5), it is made in China. The Communication Store is anetwork selling mobile phones accessories.
