The rally March of White Handkerchiefs took place under the walls of the city administration in Kyiv. Participants of the rally marched to the National Bank of Ukraine.
According to the Unian news agency, participants of the march set off towards the Cabinet of Ministers. The protesters expressed their main claim – resignation of Vitali Klitschko, mayor of the Ukrainian capital.
By various estimates, for participation in the rally, the so-called titushky are paid about 100-200 hryvnias, UNN reports. Confirmation of the above news appeared in social networks, as stated by active Internet users.
According to the facebook page of the Development Department Director of Kyiv City State Administration Dmitry Belatserkovets, he personally took part in the event and is a witness of payment for participation in the rally.
