Mikalai Lukashenka plays hockey, fights on field


A fight involving Lukashenka’s son Mikalai took place during the final match of the “Golden Puck” qualifying tournament in Minsk between “The Bear” and “Griffins”, TUT.BY reports.

“Griffins” is the team, where the 13-year-old Mikalai Lukashenka, son of the head of the country, plays. Two minutes before the end of the match, there was a fight involving Mikalai, “The Bear” coach Dzyanis Mahilatau removed the goalkeeper and released the sixth field hockey player.

The pressure on the “Griffins” gate increases, which resulted in a fight. The judge announced a small disciplinary punishment for Ivan Likhtarovich and Mikalai Lukashenka. Later, the judge said that the it was not Lukashenka but Tabolin.

According to the “The Bears”, it was their player Alyaksandr Tabolin who instigated the conflict. He pushed Likhtarovich in the back, who then pushed him back. Then, Mikalai Lukashenka became involved.

“Fight with Lukashenka almost happened, but Sanya became somewhat scared,” said Ivan Likhtarovich.

As a result, “Griffins” won the match, and Mikalai Lukashenka scored one of the goals.
