'Living hell on Minsk roads'. Snow storm Daniella may paralyse traffic in Belarus


‘Daniella’ has come to Belarus and brought drifting snow. A lot of cars are stuck in traffic jams in the Belarusian capital and on some stretches of Minsk Beltway.

“There is living hell on Minsk roads,” the city police said on Twitter. A heavy fall of snow is expected to last till the middle of the day. The drifted snow is about 20 cm high.
