Islamic State publishes photo of device claiming it led to Sinai plane crash

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”41346″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row]Islamic State terrorists published a photo of the device which, as they say, led to the crash of Russia’s Airbus A321.

The picture features a Schweppes Gold can which allegedly contained an explosive and a detonator. Early in the game the IS leaders intended to attack a Western plane, but they changed her mind after the start of Russia’s military operation in Syria.

There have been no proofs to the terrorists’ statement yet.

A version of a terrorist attack emerged in early November when British secret services intercepted communications between militants in the Sinai Peninsula. On November 17, the Kremlin officially recognised that Russian plane had been blown up by homemade explosive device equivalent up to one kg of TNT. President Vladimir Putin vowed to punish those who carried out ‘one of the bloodiest crimes’ against Russia.

In their turn, the Egyptian government states that there is still no evidence for a ‘terrorist’ version.
