Public outcry as bulldozers dig trench in mass execution site in Kurapaty (PHOTOS)
Two large-sized bulldozers, a MAZ truck and an excavator have dug a trench about 12 meters long in the immediate vicinity of the Kurapaty crosses.
“In such places, all the work is done manually or with shovels. It is a national historical and cultural heriatge, just like the Nyasvizh Castle. It is strictly forbidden to work with such equipment!” Pavel Sevyarynets told belsat.eu.

“On October 16, at 9 am, people from the sculpture factory will come to Kurapaty to work with archeologists. At 10 o’clock, on the same place, near the Cross of Suffering, a round table of Kurapaty defenders will take place, where we will attract officials who are managing the area in an insane way.
Zhanna Varabey, chairwoman of the Baraulyaby village council, which owns the equipment, declined to comment and denied the information that their trucks were working on the site.
