More than half of buyers (55%) were young people aged between 25 and 34 years, 60.5% of those who acquired the promotional tickets – are women.

In total, the airline offered 114,000 return tickets in 40 regular destinations with departure dates from March 5, 2016 to January 30, 2017. The campaign was supposed to last only one day – 5 March. Tickets could be purchased only through the official website of the airline.

However, Belavia.by could not sustain the influx of buyers, and many users had technical problems having trouble accessing the site or paying for the selected tickets. Belavia prolonged the campaign for another day.
