According to the State Investigative Committee, a top manager of the Belarusian State Petrochemical Industry Concern (Belnaftakhim) took $19,000 bribe.
A deputy chairperson whose name is still in petto was arrested by police officers after accepting another part of bribe from a company’s representative for allowing the company to have a certain amount of petroleum products processed at plants controlled by Belnaftakhim, the Committee’s press office says.
The top manager was detained in his office.
