Minsk rayon court has punished the activists of “European Belarus”.
Syarhei Matskoit was sentenced to five days of arrest for violating the order of organizing or holding mass events. Maxim Vinyarski was arrested for 10 days on the same charges, but committed repeatedly within a year, the human rights website Vyasna reports.
The activists were detained on Friday. They tried to hang a banner “Freedom to Yury Rubtsou!” near the store Hippo in Lahoiski Road.
The hearing of the Leanid Kulakou’s case was moved to June 23.
