The video was filmed by representatives of the Belarusian Christian Democracy (BCD) who were observing the process of elections at poll № 594б, election district №107. A bit later a final protocol was stolen, voter turnout figures being doubled.
The figures mentioned by the head of the Commission (28.8%) match to the observers’ data. At 1:17 am the poll head said that 317 persons had cast their votes what equals to 28.8% of 1109 registered voters.
After the protocol being stolen voter turnout figures mystically rose to 565 persons (50.9%)
