Poland and Lithuania declared their support for Belarus.

The European Union is going to support the International Accountability Platform for Belarus (IAPB) ‘politically and, once preparations are finalised, also financially’, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said on Friday.

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis believes that the European Union needs to act and not just watch the developments in Belarus.

On Tuesday afternoon, Minskers held an action of solidarity with journalist Katsyaryna Barysevich, doctor Artsyom Sarokin, as well as with persecuted media workers and human rights activists, TUT.BY reports.

Business angel Kiryl Valoshyn, co-founder of TUT.by, Hoster.by, Café Netto and other projects, has published a post on his Facebook page, urging Belarusian doctors to stop silencing the problems associated with the coronavirus epidemic. He also promised to shoulder all the costs.
