Stsyapan Latypau

Minsk resident Stsyapan Latypau has been transferred to penal colony Nr 22 (also known as Wolf Burrows) not far from the town of Ivatsevichy (Brest region). Latypau, who got 8.5 years in prison, will be serving the sentence there, the human rights centre Viasna reports.

Several dozen people came to support the political prisoner, but they were not allowed into the meeting.
