This is the highest result for the 20 years of Vladimir Putin’s presidency.

Yuri Levada Analytical Center has completed a survey commissioned by the Foundation for Civil Society Development, an NGO close to the Kremlin. The best part of the participants expressed their readiness to uphold Vladimir Putin’s initiative to amend Russia’s Constitution.

Russia and Belarus should be unified into one state and have single leadership, nearly 25% of respondents reached by Yuri Levada Analytical Center believe. The pollster was exploring Russian citizens’ views on how Russia and Belarus should further develop their relations.
