The human right center Visna reports that political prisoner Aleg Mazgou, a defendant in the case under Article 293 of the Criminal Code (“Mass Riots”), was released from custody after three months of imprisonment.

During Tuesday’s visit to military unit #3214 in Uruchcha near Minsk, incumbent president Alyaksandr Lukashenka got another chance to size the capacities of Belarusian internal security forces.

Detentions took place in 19 cities across the country.
