118 migrants left Belarus on November 22, Alyaksei Byahun, Head of the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, said on Tuesday.

In early April, the Interior Ministries of Belarus and Russia will finish making a joint list of the citizens who are not allowed to leave the territory of the two countries, Alyaksei Byahun, Head of Belarus’ Citizenship and Migration Department, said on Tuesday.

The Ministries of Internal Affairs of Belarus and Russia plan to complete the creation of a joint list of banned citizens, as well as to create a joint list of those who are not allowed to leave the countries, BelTA reports.
