Minsk-based music school Nr 10 congratulates Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s granddaughters – Darya and Nastya – on the occasion of their winning a music contest.
The two daughters of Dzmitry Lukashenka, the middle son of the Belarusian leader, are known to be attending this school.
The girls are also holders of the Grand Prix of International Music Competitions in Italy ( Amicci dela Musica), Russia (Silver Tuning Fork), France (Pianists’ Competition of the Russian Conservatoire named after Alexander Scriabin in Paris).
In 2015, the piano duo won the award from Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s Fund in support of talented youth.
This year, Mikalai, the youngest son of Alyaksandr Lukashenka, brought home the Golden Puck Ice Hockey Tournament Cup. Griffins, a team Mikalay plays for, defeated Bears, a team from Minsk’s Chyzhouka, and won the finals.
