Wizz Air considers launching cheap flights from Budapest to Minsk

This was announced on November 6 by the Secretary of State of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.

“We have good relations with Wizz Air, we intend to ask them to launch flights from Budapest to Minsk. Probably, next year, their representatives will come to conclude specific agreements,” said the official.

According to him, two or three flights per week, which Belavia serves, are not enough to establish economic and human relations between the countries.

Wizz Air is a Hungarian low-cost airline that operates flights on 600 routes.

On November 6, the Belarusian-Hungarian business forum began in Minsk.
