Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu detained in Brest

Last night, at the Polish-Belarusian border, the police took Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu off the train. He was on his way from Warsaw to Belarus.

Information about the arrest was posted by Ales Lipay, director of BelaPAN agency, on his Facebook page.

Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu is a member of the Belarusian National Congress, who took responsibility for holding the Freedom Day on March 25th in Minsk.
