Ukraine imposes anti-dumping duty on cement from Russia, Belarus and Moldova


On May 21, the Ukraine’s Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade decided to impose anti-dumping measures on the import of cement clinkers and Portland cement from Russia, Belarus and Moldova, the Ministry’s website reports.

The Commission decided to apply an anti-dumping duty in the amount of 114.95% for goods from the Russian Federation; 57.03% for goods from the Republic of Belarus; 94.46% — from goods from the Republic of Moldova.

The duty will be charged for five years.
