Foreign student fell to death out of the dormitory window of the Student Village in Minsk on September 23. The building is located in Dzyarzhynski avenue.
The victim is a sophomore student from Turkmenistan. He was a student of the Minsk State Linguistic University.
The dormitory staff said the man lived on the 13th floor, but it is not clear from what window he fell out. It is also known that the young man missed classes on Saturday.
The accident causes are still unclear. Experts are working on the scene. Investigative Committee is investigating the causes and circumstances of the accident, official representative of the Investigative Committee in Minsk Alyaxey Klimovich said.
