Minsk-based McDonald’s offering Belarusian ethnic food

Since recently, in Minsk there have been Belarusian meals on the menu of McDonald’s fastfood restaurants.

Now everyone who would like to stands the opportunity to order Draniks [potato pancakes] with sour cream and ‘Panski’ pork burger.

Last year, in response to a request of Belarusization of McDonald’s, Viktoryia Danko, the company’s CEO in Belarus, announced running ‘Belarusian-language campains’. First of all, the case was translating the website into the Belarusian language, but as we see, the corporation has taken a step further and now there are foods strongly associated with Belarus in the offer.
