According to students, the meeting was held in February. Such meetings are held regularly, Radio Azatlyk reports.

The ambassador spoke about the appearance in response to a question about the reasons for blocking of the cards issued by Vnesheconombank of Turkmenistan, as well as limited possibility of sending money from Turkmenistan.

Regarding the cards, Nazarguly Shagulyev said that students withdraw money, change it for dollars and send them to the parents back to Turkmenistan, where they change these dollars on the black market.
