'Tornado' touches down near Lida

An eyewitness filmed the unusual natural phenomenon for Belarus and posted it on the Internet.

This is not the first time such phenomenon was seen near Lida. The previous “tornado” was observed by the residents of Lida on July 13.

A tornado is a very strong wind that creates a vertical air column. USA is the champion in terms of the number of hurricanes. There are up to 700 of them in the US during the year.
