Hrodna
About 10 thousand people came to the rally in Kolozha Park. After the rally Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya together with like-minded women visited the Kalozha church.
At the picket, Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya openly supported independent media and Belsat TV in particular. She said: “In the town of Maladzechna and in the town of Lida, two teams of journalists from Belsat TV channel were detained after our pickets. I want to support independent journalists, media and bloggers. They are having a hard time these days. They are being arrested, their equipment is being spoiled. They are being beaten up. They are being persecuted only for telling the truth, for showing Belarus, which demands change”.
