Igor Sechin, Head of Russia’s state-owned oil giant Rosneft, has turned into a vampire for a short while.
The Russian top official used Tic Tac candy dots to show off makeshift fangs. TV channel Dozhd caught the joke on video.
This happened on October 17 in the course of negotiations of Russian president Vladimir Putin and his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in Sochi. In wait for the end of the talks, Sechin was kidding around in the presence of Transport Minister Yevgeny Ditrikh and the Director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation Dmitry Shugayev.
Igor Sechin, who is considered a close ally and counsellor of Putin, was put on the so-called US Kremlin list of the persons who may be involved in Russia’s alleged meddling in the 2016 presidential election in the United States.
