Residents of Maladzechna have taken to the streets for protest for the first time in many years.
Opposition politician Alyaksandr Lyabedzka offers “non-parasites’ to pass through the streets of Maladzechna.
Organizers had not filed applications to obtain official permission for the rally. After all, in the cities where people had taken to the streets before, the authorities had denied them the right to hold protests despite the Constitution of Belarus guaranteeing them the freedom of assembly, procession and demonstration.
