Polish owner of Idea Bank plans to sell

The Polish Getin Holding, which owns the Belarusian Idea Bank has announced its intention to sell the asset, the website of the holding reports.

The holding has announced the beginning of actions aimed at selling the asset to the bank. The Getin Holding has already received two offers to buy shares of Idea Bank. It is not specified who they came from.

The Getin Holding owns 99.9% of Idea Bank shares. The main beneficiary of the holding is Polish businessman Leszek Czarnecki.
